After booking
The cancellation conditions are present on the 'Event' page which allows you to enter your choice of
dates and services, before payment and confirmation of the reservation.
It should be remembered here that events take place over one or a few days at most,
and for some of them available once a year.
Deadlines are assessed in number of days before the date of the event, in order not to penalize
other requests from Visitors and allow them to benefit from an ‘Event’ as soon as possible.
The reservation can be canceled 14 days preceding the 1st day of the reservation date this 48 hours
which follow the date of issue of the reservation.
Force majeure
Non-exhaustive examples of force majeure cases.
In the event of force majeure Exceptional, unpredictable and irresistible event justifying exemption from an obligation,
a commitment or liability (for example: natural disaster for an insurance contract, death, serious fire)

Conditions - Cancellations by Visitors
Fees applicable to Visitors
The Host undertakes to charge fees for this cancellation except in the event of force majeure. This amount varies
depending on the cancellation date communicated and received by the Host.
- In case of cancellation 48 hours or the day + 1 before arrival,
the fee is 75% of the reservation amount for the remaining days of reservations.
- In the event of cancellation on the day of the reservation, the amount of the costs is 90% of the reservation for that relating to the Event.
The fees that apply for the Services part are 100% for Meal Services and services consisting of meals.
- The reservation is canceled between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival,
the fees amount to 25% of the amount of the reservation for the Event part, the fees which apply
to the Services are subject to the rules for ordering products which are imposed on the Host or on the service providers
in charge of Meal Services.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 8 days before arrival, the fee is 10% of the reservation amount.
The amount of the reservation taken into account for the calculation of the cancellation fees is based on the reservation fees without taxes.
the Reception rate, and the costs of the services selected by the visitor.
If the calculated amount of the cancellation fee is less than 50 US dollars, or equivalent in Euros, it will be increased to 50 US dollars.
Cancellation fees are generally withheld from the next payment(s) to the Host, if applicable will be claimed
to the Visitor.
The term 'Arrivals' corresponds to the first day of the reservation.
Cancellation conditions by Hosts
Cancellation by Hosts
As set out in the Payments Terms of Service. Respect for the reservation is a
obligations for members, the Host cancels due to force majeure, relating to their Reception,
if it is impossible to respect the contract at its Reception, the latter will organize to replace the Reception
under the same conditions by another. If applicable, he must reimburse the Visitor for the amount of the reservation.
Depending on the cancellation deadline with regard to the date of the 'Event', the rules of compensation and penalties affixed
to the Visitor in the event of default, therefore apply to the Host under the same terms.
In addition, compensation fees apply when the visitor is on site, so for cancellation on the stipulated day,

In addition to the fees and consequences set out in this Policy, Hosts who cancel a reservation,
or who are found responsible for a cancellation, will not receive payment for this canceled reservation.
If a payment has already been made, the amount of the payment will be withheld from the following payment(s).
Refund Conditions
Deadlines for reimbursement
When you are eligible for a refund, this refund will generally be made on the payment method initially used. This involves delays which are attributable to the banking services in charge of these operations.
Reimbursement of service fees
